How to start a small business online

Online small business has become very popular and easy. It does not require a large amount of capital to invest. There is little or no overhead cost for office expenses such as phones, utilities, warehouse, inventory and other miscellaneous supplies. We just open a website, show what we have for sell, get it to the buyers and boom, profits soar. But ‘online business’ does require some start-up expense plus knowledge of computer programs, depending on the desired return on your investment and what type of businesses you invest in. You can sell or advertise your services and products on eBay, Amazon, Google and others with low cost fees. Here are some tips on how to start your online business.
Things you need ;

Ideas, Money, Time and Action.

1. Decide the type of business you desire. Do a lot of marketing research about the product and update your knowledge before you start business.

2. Contact the whole sale suppliers, register with them, get an agreement contract and set it up. Read terms and agreement carefully. If you feel that some things are not right, stop and do more research. Check out other companies for their terms, fees and services.

3. Pick your domain name for your business or services and register with a domain web site. The Domain name should clearly express your products and service. Read Domain tips.

4. Accepting Payment account.
There are many ways to accept payments for your ‘online sales’.
Some of the most popular ones are PayPal services, Merchandise Credit Card Services, or Money orders. Each payment service has different charges and fees.
PayPal has become convenient and most popular on line business. PayPal has fees for accepting the payment, but no fees open the accounts.
Merchandise Credit Card Services has monthly fees and individual fees for each transaction.
Money Orders are paid by the buyers. I use ‘PayPal’ which links to Merchandise Credit Card Services.

5. Once you have all things set up, you can sell you products and services to eBay, Amazon, or other online auctions.

6. Or, you can have your own web site. You can build one yourself or have a professional web designer work up one for a price. When you have the website set up, insert product pictures, and the prices. You now have your online business ready to operate.
